Sniper: Path of Vengeance by Mirage Media - retail v1.01 -> v1.25 patch

The patch addresses the following issues:

* Memory Leak crash between level loads with Lithtech
* Lack of proper vid codecs does not forbid the game to run.
* Avi's will run on all the systems
* Intelligence and dialogs will not cause open file errors in Windows 98
* Menu: Invert mouse Y added
* Menu: weapon bob on/off added
* Menu: quick save at new level added
* Improved AI in melee enemies and shotgun cops
* InvertMouse deleted from autoexec.cfg, replaced with CInvertMouse
* Pink loading screen removed
* Run Bind stays between levels and save games
* Mayor estate can be finished also when the mayor is dead.
* Dropping items from inv much easier (drag&drop fixed)
* Dropping items from inv decreases their quantity
* Enemy spawning fixed all configurations
* Menu: sound menu added (music/speech/other sounds on and off)
* Esc and keys typed by codes fixed
